Michelle brings over a decade of experience in human performance, psychology, and transformation. She’s a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, USA Weightlifting Coach, CrossFit Level 1 Coach, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling, plus years of lived experience guiding people through their own rebuilds. She’s helped hundreds of clients strengthen not just their bodies but their mindset, their habits, and their sense of self.

About Michelle

Michelle is a personal trainer, therapist, and business owner who has dedicated herself to wellness of the mind, body, and spirit.

She has a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, and worked as a therapist in addiction recovery centers in South Florida. Michelle currently owns a business called The Space, with two locations in South Florida, that embraces change and transformation through guided breathwork, cold plunge, sauna, and red light therapy.

Michelle is a USAW Certified Weightlifting Coach, CrossFit Level 1, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and competitive powerlifter. Michelle is a Breathwork facilitator and an Integrative Nutrition Coach certified by IIN.

Michelle has spent years in the health and fitness space, and is passionate about sharing her expertise to facilitate lifelong changes for her clients.
